1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government, court, or sheriff affiliation. It does not store official warrants and cannot perform an official check, recall an order, post bond, or file a court document.

Its role is to identify the Sebastian County Sheriff Records Division, the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, district-court clerks, and public Arkansas court resources that may hold relevant information. ACIC and NCIC data are restricted and are not offered here as a public statewide search.

2. Informational Use Only

All content is general information. Explanations of Sebastian County warrant records do not replace an official Sheriff Records check, an order from the issuing court, or advice from an attorney. Treat the content as a starting point and verify material facts with the court or sheriff.

The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of 1967, A.C.A. §25-19-101 et seq., may provide access to qualifying government records, but it does not make ACIC or NCIC data public. Court access is also limited by sealing, confidentiality, juvenile-record law, redaction duties, and Arkansas court-administration rules.

3. Not for Screening or Locating People

This site is meant to help a person check for and resolve a warrant - their own or a family member's - and understand how the warrant process works. It is not a tool for investigating other people. You agree that you will not use this site or any tool linked from it to:

• Screen anyone for employment, housing, tenancy, or credit
• Locate, monitor, track, or target any individual
• Stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone
• Make any decision covered by the FCRA (see below)

4. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

5. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

If you need a background check for any of those purposes, use an FCRA-compliant screening company.

6. No Legal Advice

Nothing here is legal advice. General information about Sebastian County warrants cannot determine how a charge, bond, court date, surrender, or recall applies to one case. Consult an attorney licensed in Arkansas.

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Sebastian County Warrant Records or its content partners. Copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative work requires prior written permission.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you tell me if I have a warrant?

No. We are a private reference site with no access to any warrant system. You can run a warrant search yourself or contact the sheriff's warrant unit.

Can you recall or clear a warrant for me?

No. Only the issuing court can recall or clear a warrant. Talk to an attorney and the issuing court.

Is a warrant listing on a linked tool official?

No. Warrant data on third-party tools may be incomplete or out of date. The official status comes from the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit.
